In the very first step First of all install the software then go toStart Menu and then click on All Program then the following screen will be shown.
For Migration load the of NSF file on software by pressing Browse Button.
A window will be open which contain all the NSF files then choose the files and click on Open Button.
Software is facilitate with the Scan option to avoid the undesirable data, click on Start Scan button to let the process begin.
In the next window all the all scanning details of data will be seen simultaneously with the scan process
As the process of Scanning end up a dialog box will pop up that will show scan completion successfully message. After that Click into OK for further process.
After all this Scanning and Loading user are allowed to preview allthe email boxes like Inbox, Sent items, Outbox and other customize folder in the left pannel and Corresponding mails are in the right pannel. user can also view all the mail details maintain in different column. After the previewing click on Start Conversion.
Now Specify the Location where you want to put up your file after conversion and then click OK Button
Now software will check the configuration after pressing Export Email Button
Now Software will show all the progress details like saving emails, current, found and all other required fields OK Button
After the successful conversion a message of completion will be shown with the desired location of converted file. press the button OKOK for further proceed.
Then go to the location where you have saved the Outlook Express (.eml) files. Open the folder and select the email folder: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail, Trash or any subfolders accordingly.
After that open any of the email which will give you a view of the EML files storing converted NSF file email data.
To import .eml files to Outlook Express, just Drag and Drop the .eml files to Outlook Express. Open Outlook Express. Select .eml file(s), drag and drop it on Outlook Express email folder.
Now You can simply view the Complete Content with metadata as it was in IBM Notes database emails.
